Return/Refund

Note: During SALE there is no return or refund or replacement of any item unless its received broken or wrong model item.

Note: There is no refund or exchange of Customized Cases.

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund:
If you have received your item and unfortunately didn't like it, still we accept Return/Refund. We will issue you a refund in the form of a website Refund Voucher, which can be used for future purchases on our website. 


Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

If by any chance we send you the wrong or a faulty product, you have the right to return us that product in Original Condition within 7 days of your purchase. and get another product replacement at no additional cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive your required item within 4 to 5 working days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@mobilegadgets.pk224@gmail.com and send your item to Makkah Heights, Street # 01 NUST Service Rd, H-13, Islamabad.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
